1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using MyRaceRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

MyRaceRadar provides a platform for runners to discover running events worldwide, calculate VDOT scores, find running routes, and track their athletic performance. The Service includes both free and premium subscription features.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION

Premium features are available through a paid subscription at €2.99/month. By subscribing:

• New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial
• After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your profile settings
• No refunds for partial billing periods

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Create false or misleading accounts or content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts

6. RACE INFORMATION

Race information (dates, registration status, distances) is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend verifying details with official race organizers. MyRaceRadar is not responsible for changes or inaccuracies in race information.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MyRaceRadar and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MyRaceRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to training decisions based on VDOT calculations or race predictions.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.
